I had the honor of photographing Lepree and Aarons's big wedding day at Gather Estates, located in Mesa, Arizona. Gather Estates is the perfect mix of formal, comfort, and class with indoor and outdoor features that cater to any bride. Lepree and Aaron were going to have their reception outside, but due to the excessive heat in Arizona, they switched their party to indoor. The front yard and backyard are gorgeous and well-kept, with lush greenery and florals all over. It truly is one of a kind and is highly recommended.

Aaron's mom blessed them with her amazing florist talent (a talent I wish I had). She arranged all the florals on their day, from the ceremony arch to the table arrangements and wedding party flowers. She is beyond talented. When I arrived at the venue, my eyes lit up as I could see and smell fresh flowers everywhere. All I can say is she has some amazing skills.

Lepree looked STUNNING!! She is so beautiful inside and out. She was radiating light from within all day. As she walked down the aisle with her dad by her side, She locked eyes on Aaron and didn't look away. You could see the amazing love these two have for each other. I am so happy I got to witness it along with their family and friends.

During the reception, Aaron stood up and thanked everyone for coming to the wedding. He asked all their parents to stand and gave such amazing and tender shoutouts to each of their parents. To say he has a way with words would be an understatement. The love this couple has for their family is absolutely pure and strong. He then went on and thanked all their wedding vendors who helped them through their wedding process. I was in shock. I have never had a couple thank me for being there, and I felt so honored to be a part of their day. I am pretty sure I teared up.

Thank you, Aaron and Lepree, for letting me spend the day with you and trusting me on your special day. You both are such amazing people and have a life full of fun adventures together.

LePree and Aaron's Story

The Engagement story.

LePree's Side of the Story: Aaron had prepared a very excited New Years' Eve date night at the Arizona Botanical garden during their Las Noches De Las Luminarias (Festival of lights). Unfortunately, the previous week had been very long, and I recovered from a nasty cold! But I was determined to make this event. The day finally arrives, and much to my surprise, it starts raining cats and dogs as we are getting ready to go!

Aaron Side of the Story: I was freaking out! She was getting better from a cold, plus god decided that it would be a rainy, cold day. I was on the edge of having a meltdown. Trying to navigate her family and friends out of the pouring rain and figure out how I would ask this gorgeous, stunning woman to marry me. I would not move the date, and I was determined to get this ring on her finger! So I pretended like I was calling friends and family for last-minute dinner plans, which was a cover-up for EVERYONE GO TO MY SISTERS HOUSE AND SET UP MY ENGAGEMENT STUFF! IT"S HAPPENING! So the stalling started.

LePree's Side of the Story: Aaron tells me we are going to dinner, but before we go... we have to wait until his sister comes home so he can give her some extra chairs for her New Year's Eve party. SO there I am sitting waiting on his sister to get home, then he leaves with the chairs and shortly after calls me to come over. THAT'S WHEN IT GOT REAL!!!! I walk into the house and with the light dimmed and our song playing! I see family and friends, then drop everything in my hands and began to ball my eyes out! Completely in shock, as I walk towards lanterns, flowers, and a picture memorial of our entire relationship... Aaron on one knee surrounded by our loved ones with lanterns spelling out MARRY ME PREE!!!! I was overwhelmed with Love, and I couldn't speak or move. Aaron begins to ask me to marry him, and I jumped into his arms with my only word being YES!!!!!
